With the intention of heading back to our hotel to drop off the shopping bags, Cat craved for some more blue cheese from the Caravelle hotel buffet.
Unfortunately there was no blue cheese but the rest of the food was tops especially the Suckling piglet.

Later that evening we decided to go the other Parkson department store in Q5.

Our taxi ride there was quite the experience.
We both feared for our lives.
Not only did this young fella drive at a much faster pace but he was also a magnet for all the other roadusers.
I thought we were going to be starring in the next QBE travel insurance commercial.
We nicknamed the taxi driver “dangermouse”.
I was so scared i closed my eyes and maybe even prayed a little.

We got there safe, Phew !.
Crappy local Parkson department store with nothing more to offer, we settled for dinner in the food court.

We chose a Vietnamese restaurant that specialised in traditional dishes.
