Feeling particularly homesick and in need of a morale booster … we had buffet breakfast at the Sheraton hotel.
Cat was instantly rejuvenated as she had her first decent cuppa in days.
The wide selection of food was certainly embraced.
From here we went to the street that sells fabric to buy Cat’s Ao Dai which is her traditional Vietnamese wedding dress.
After that we headed to the Ao Dai tailor shop but couldn’t find it so we settled for dessert.
The remainder of the day was spent in the hotel room watching repetitive cable television.
Star world, Animal planet, Australia channel, AXN, Discovery channel etc.
For dinner we walked across the street to this popular, famous eatery.
By far the worst meal of our trip.
Despite the array of delicacies on offer we settled for some of the normal stuff.
The food took forever (30 minutes) to come out.
It did look good and taste good but we were left waiting for our remaining dishes to come out.
After an enquiry about the whereabouts of my lobster, the wait staff say it wasn’t ordered and there wasn’t any left.
Turns out the b*tch who took our order was eager to knockoff as our order was the last she took before her shift ended.
Goodnight
